Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY & RETURNS

As our jewellery is hand- made to order please allow 2-3 weeks from purchase for delivery, if you need the item sooner then please contact us and we will do everything we can to meet your requirements. If you have any specific deadlines please contact us for an estimated delivery date before purchasing your item. 
Your item will be discreetly packaged as to not draw attention to the nature of the contents and will be beautifully packed in one of our presentation boxes with your Invoice and Valuation for Insurance.

UK DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to all of our customers in the UK and send our parcels via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed by Royal Mail to be delivered before 1pm.  All parcels are fully insured by us in transit. Once the parcel has been signed for it becomes the purchaser’s property and is no longer covered by our insurers.  Please make sure the parcel has not been tampered with before signing for your parcel.
When your purchase is ready to dispatch we will contact you before we send your order to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for it.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship all of our International purchases via Fed-Ex which is also fully insured in transit.  Please contact us via e-mail or phone for charges.  All Non EU purchases which are exported will be not be charged 20% VAT, however you may be subject to local taxes or import charges.

RETURNS

At Diamond Aurora we are confident you will be thrilled with your purchase.
However you have the right to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if you decide the item is not right for you or is faulty.  We regret that we cannot offer refunds on items that have been worn or are personalised to your specification.
Your refund will only be issued after being assessed by one of our experienced team to verify that the item has been returned in the same condition and is the same piece as was received. If it is not then the item will be returned to you.

The item must be in the same condition as received accompanied by all of the original paperwork and documents.  Ensure your item is securely wrapped to avoid being damaged in the postal system.

For security reasons please make sure the word ‘Diamond’ is not written anywhere on the outside of the parcel.

We cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit and therefore advise you to retain all proof of posting and documentation.

One your item has been returned and verified we will notify you by e-mail or by phone. Please remember it can take up to 3-4 days for a refund payment to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
